All clients must make sure to cancel any session within the given time in the event you cannot make it. Due to the necessary planning and demand for our sessions, canceling your reservation in the event you cannot make it is mandatory. This statement will now hold true for ALL fitness sessions across the board.
If you need to cancel a reservation you must do so by a minimum of 8 hours prior to the class.
How to cancel a reservation:
You can do this on your own from your profile up until 8 hours prior to the start of the class. If you are unable to cancel your reservation outside of the 8 hour window then you still must send an email to email@example.com and include the Name, Date, and Time of the Class you would like to cancel.
In the event you fail to cancel according to the cancellation time policy and/or do not show up to your scheduled session you may incur a cancellation / no show fee (as an unlimited member) or forfeit your session (all other members) Iron Sharpens Iron Personal Training reserves the right to do the following:
If you are on a limited session package you will forfeit that session from your package. If you booked using a single session you will not be refunded your session and will need to purchase a new session if you wish to attend a future session. This will make it fair for all members signed up and those that are wanting to attend that are on the waitlist. If you cancel in proper timing for the scheduled session you will have your purchased session credited back to your account to be used towards a future session.
Cancellation and No Show Fees are as follows:
- For UNLIMITED Month to Month Plans a fee of $10 will be added to your account for each class either missed or late cancelled.
- For Limited Session plans the session will be deducted from your account.
- For those booking with a single session you will forfeit that session.
Waitlist and Email Opt In
If you have added yourself to a waitlist for a class, please note that it is your responsibility to check your email for communication that you have been added. It is also important to not unsubscribe from our email list so that you will receive all reservation reminders and all other vital information. Make sure our emails are not going to your spam or any other secondary folder please! It is out of our control if our emails make it into your spam inbox.
